Transferring with Clipper
Clipper knows when to give you free and discounted rides when you transfer.
Transfers between Marin Transit buses: Unlimited free rides within 2 hours of first boarding a Marin Transit bus
Transfers to a Marin Transit bus from any other transit service will be free within 2 hours of the first tap on the Marin Transit bus.
Transfers from Marin Transit to other agencies: Riders who transfer from a Marin Transit bus to another transit service will get a discount of $2.85 off the total adult fare. If you have a Youth, Senior, Clipper Access or Clipper START card, you will receive half that discount.
