You can add cash value and passes to a Clipper card at all locations, except BART ticket machines, which only add cash value. Retailers cannot accept transit benefit debit cards, but most accept transit benefit vouchers - you may want to call ahead to confirm. Ticket offices and ticket machines accept transit benefit debit cards.
