For transit value only. Set up Autoload change your Autoload settings, update your payment information or disable Autoload.

Park with Clipper Autoload Order Form

For parking value only. Set up Park with Clipper Autoload, change your Park with Clipper Autoload amount, update your payment information or disable Park with Clipper Autoload.

Administrative Fees Form

This form must accompany any payments made to Clipper with a money order.

Defective Card Form

Request a replacement or refund for a defective card.

Card Cancellation Form

Cancel a card and request a refund (subject to restrictions) for a $5 fee.
