Whenever possible, please take advantage of our online services by making changes to your My Clipper account directly through our website. For example, the best way to update your Autoload payment information is to log in to your My Clipper account and report the problem online.

For transit value only. Set up Autoload change your Autoload settings, update your payment information or disable Autoload. |
This form must accompany any payments made to Clipper with a money order. |
Request a replacement or refund for a defective card. |
Cancel a card and request a refund (subject to restrictions) for a $5 fee. |
